Prof. Dr. Ralf Müller-Terpitz
Ralf Müller-Terpitz has been researching and teaching at the University of Mannheim since 2013. He holds the chair of Public Law, Law of Economic Regulation and Media. Previously, he was the holder of a chair at the University of Passau for several years. In 2005 he habilitated at the University of Bonn. He was granted the Venia Legendi for Public law, European law as well as Public International law.
In his research, Ralf Müller-Terpitz focuses on issues of network regulation, including the internet and media. He also conducts research in biomedicine law and is the director of the IMGB. His research is always embedded in general questions of European, Constitutional and Administrative law.
