Ralf Müller-Terpitz has been researching and teaching at the University of Mannheim since 2013. He holds the chair of Public Law, Law of Economic Regulation and Media. Previously, he was holder of a chair at the University of Passau for several years. In 2005 he habilitated at the University of Bonn.
In his research, Ralf Müller-Terpitz focuses on issues of network regulation, including the Internet and media. He also researches and publishes on the law of biomedicine. His research is always embedded in general questions of European, constitutional and administrative law.
