The chair of Civil Law, German and European Business and Labour Law of Professor Kainer focusses on a variety of topics from the area of German and European Business law as well as Civil law and its interdependencies with the German and European economic consitution. These topics include but are not limited to the right of the Single Market, Competition Law and Labour Law.
