Responsibilities:

  • Managing the Department’s operations, advising and supporting the departmental board and preparing strategic decisions that will be made by the board and the Department and Faculty Affairs Council
  • Heading and coordinating the departmental administration
  • Dealing with budgetary and HR matters concerning the departmental administration
  • Preparation of reports and departmental structural and development plans
  • Preparation and attendance of meetings of departmental and faculty committees as well as advice and support in appointment procedures
