Teaching and Conducting Research Abroad

Credit: Anna Logue
Coming up with new ideas for research and teaching while spending time in another country: legal scholars at the University of Mannheim have the opportunity to work at a university abroad for a couple of weeks or months. They may receive funding for their time abroad from different foundations and programs such as Erasmus, the Alexander von Humboldt Foundation, or the German Research Foundation (DFG). They can also apply for financial support if they would like to take part in further training such as classroom observations and workshops. Professors, teachers, and researchers can find more information on the International Office’s website.
